The board
The board is a small team made up of the founders and industry experts. Between them, they have over 80 years of business and financial services experience. Whilst the core executive take care of the running of the business and looking for new opportunities, our chair - Steve - and NED - Keith ensure that our ESG, FCA compliance and all our regulatory requirements are maintained to the highest standards. When you're dealing with your borrower's most valuable asset, it's good to know that they come first in everything we do.
Stephen Richardson
Chair
Stephen has had over 38 years of management and leadership experience in Financial Services at Barclays, Flemings and the Bank of New York where he was COO for Europe. Until July 2013 he was Global Head of Wealth Management at the World Gold Council covering China, India, Europe and USA. The former Chairman, Bank of New York Mellon Europe, CEO of Save & Prosper and current chair of Harpenden Building Society.
Tom Colclough
Managing Director & Founder
Tom has an extensive background in Investment Management having spent the majority of his career in Venture Capital at Pall Mall Partners. He was responsible for the set-up, funding and administration of six Technology Funds and also the management of the companies within the portfolios. He developed the GHF business plan over a number of years and having identified and tested the market opportunity, commercialisation of Goodholm Finance began in 2015 with the present directors.
Keith Street
Non Executive Director
Keith’s experience spans more than twenty years in financial services, including high profile roles at TMB, Kensington Mortgages and The North View Group, which saw him direct market-leading growth and successfully steer Kensington through the financial crash. In 2018 he joined The Mortgage Lender as Chief Financial Officer and before retiring at the end of 2021 was the winner of the Outstanding Contribution Award at the Mortgage Strategy Awards in October of that year.
Mark Aspinall
Marketing Director
Mark is an experienced senior executive, having held MD positions in a variety of PE backed Software and engineering companies. More recently, he has focussed on early stage innovative businesses and continues to use his marketing experience to ensure successful launches into the marketplace.
Ian Harris
Non Executive Director
Ian has over 30 years international experience in business, having held a range of commercial roles within Blue Chip and start-up organisations. He previously held the position of CEO at Cambridge Cognition, an AIM listed medical devices company, having secured £5m in equity funding and brought the company to profitability. Ian has extensive business management, sales and marketing experience in international regulated chemical products, biotechnology, medical device and sports technology markets.
